Inviting a computer engineer into your home is a very personal thing to do.  They can get access to a wealth of information on your computer and this can lead to very serious breaches of privacy and sometimes theft by some rogue traders.  All our engineers have been CRB checked and are highly trained to understand the consequence of their actions and the law in regard to private data.

Quality

We take the quality of work very seriously and we have a special department to ensure customer satisfaction.  If you are left unsatisfied for any reason that one of our trained specialists will come and see you to discuss your complaint, face to face.  You will not spend time being around on the phone but will meet a complaints manager in person, at a time convenient for you and in your home.

Courtesy computer

Sometimes we cannot repair your computer in your home and need to take it away.  When we do this we will arrange to give you a Courtesy Computer if your repair is going to take more than three days.  This is normally a new laptop that will allow you to access your emails, write documents and access your files.  We will set this up for you and make sure that your files are copied over.

Data recovery

As a member you get free access to our data recovery specialists.  They will up on request attempt to recover data from you computer.  This service requires them to have access to your data drive for over a week and if this happens we will give you a Courtesy Computer.
